Scott is a Partner with Hartman-Cox Architects and joined the firm in 1999. Scott approaches each of his projects with careful assessment to determine the requirements for its construction, modernization or preservation, and consistently exercises this expertise in his other significant work including several restoration projects for the Smithsonian Institution, and major modernizations to both the East and West Buildings of the National Gallery of Art. Scott’s range of significant work demonstrates consistent excellence in leading projects for nationally recognized cultural institutions in historic structures with stringent collections standards.
